Here's how easy it is:

Put the desired number of dumplings in the cooking bag in a saucepan with cold, salted water. Bring the dumplings to the boil briefly and then let them steep for 15 minutes over low heat. Now remove the dumplings and hold them briefly under cold water. Then carefully tear open the cooking bags, serve the dumplings and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
