Herbal sauce the perfect vegetable and fish sauce. This Maggi herb sauce rounds off fish dishes perfectly with its fine herbal taste of dill, parsley and chervil. The spicy sauce also goes wonderfully with many vegetable dishes. It also gives side dishes such as potatoes and rice a delicious herbal note.

Stir the contents of a single packet into 250 ml / 8.81 fl.oz hot, non-boiling water with a whisk. Bring the sauce to the boil and cook for 1 minute. Stir occasionally.
