Maggi Helle Sauce Hollandaise style is ideal as an asparagus sauce and as a sauce for kohlrabi, broccoli and potatoes. The light sauce also goes very well with fish and it can be refined according to your own ideas, for example with parsley, chives, a dash of white wine or mustard.

And it's that easy:
Stir the contents of a single packet into 250 ml / 8.81 fl.oz hot, not boiling water with a whisk. Bring the sauce to the boil and cook for 1 minute.
