A delicious meatloaf or hearty meatballs should not be missing in the German kitchen and both can be prepared quickly and reliably with this Maggi Fix spice mixture.

For this you need:
500g / 17.6 oz mixed ground beef, 1 teaspoon oil

Simple and fast in the preparation

It's that easy:
Stir the contents of the bag into 100ml / 3.5 fl.oz of cold water and let it swell briefly, add the minced meat and knead well with your hands (tip: the longer the minced meat is kneaded with the spice mixture, the looser the meatballs will be), then with damp hands shape a meatloaf or meatballs.
Bake meat loaf in a greased baking dish at 200 degrees / convection 170 degrees for 45 minutes in the oven.
If you prefer meatballs, fry them in a pan in a little oil until they are crispy on the outside and well done on the inside.
This goes well with potatoes or mashed potatoes and Red cabbage or a salad with a hearty one Dip.
