The Swedish classic with a delicious creamy mushroom sauce, a finely balanced mixture of herbs and spices, without flavor-enhancing additives and without colorings, is guaranteed to be quick and easy to prepare and ensures full enjoyment

You add fresh:
400g / 14 oz lean mixed minced meat, 250g / 9 oz mushrooms and 100ml / 3.5 fl.oz cooking cream with vegetable fats (7% fat)

Season the minced meat with 1/2 teaspoon salt (2 g) and pepper and form 12 small balls. Clean and chop the mushrooms. Fry the meatballs in 2 tablespoons of hot oil over medium heat for about 6 minutes. Add the mushrooms and fry them. Push the meatballs to the edge of the pan. Add 350ml / 12 fl.oz cold water and cooking cream and stir in the contents of the bag. Bring to the boil while stirring and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. We recommend potatoes and green peas with it.
