Knead with a hand mixer (dough hook) on the highest setting for approx. 5 minutes to form a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes until the volume has increased significantly. 2. Then knead the dough again briefly and shape it into a loaf. Carefully place the loaf on a baking tray that has been greased or lined with baking paper or in a greased dish (approx. 25 cm). Cover again and let rest in a warm place for approx. 40 minutes. 3.
