400g / 14 oz fresh zucchini

Preparation:
Clean the zucchini, cut into sticks and fry in 1 tablespoon of hot oil. Pour in 200 ml / 7 fl.oz cold water and stir in the contents of the bag. Bring to the boil, stirring, and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
