You add fresh:
750 g / 26 oz vegetables (e.g. 1 bell pepper, 1 tomato, 1 small zucchini), 1/2 bunch of spring onions and 1 stick of celery, 150 g / 5 oz noodles (e.g. ribbon noodles) and 50 g / 2 oz cream cheese (16% fat )

Preparation:
Wash, clean and chop the vegetables. Cut the white and green of the spring onions separately into rings. Fry the white part of the onions in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add the chopped vegetables and fry for 3 minutes. Fill up with 200 ml water, add the bag contents and cream cheese, stir in well and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and fold in the onion greens. In the meantime, put the pasta in boiling water and cook until al dente. Pour the vegetable sauce over the pasta and serve. The vegetables used can be varied depending on the season and preferences.
