Shipping option for heat-sensitive foods such as chocolate, pralines, etc.

We are now offering you this shipping option for worldwide shipping of heat-sensitive goods at high summer temperatures. Simply add this item to your shopping cart and all ordered items that need to be protected from heat are additionally wrapped in insulating foil with cooling pads, so that cooling is guaranteed for approx. 36 - 48 hours during the shipping time of your package .

The reusable mini cooling pads from World-Bio have a PE back and a cloth on the other side, they are placed in water for approx. 10 minutes so that the granules contained therein swell, then dried and deep-frozen for approx. 8 hours.

When thawing during the shipping time, no water will leak out, the pads will flatten and you can put them in water again, dry them and freeze them to use them again for lunch boxes, for example.

Nevertheless, when ordering heat-sensitive goods in the summer months, we recommend that you always select express delivery, despite refrigerated shipping, so that the goods can be continuously cooled. We assume no responsibility for goods melted in transit.
